Do you deliver internationally? 📬

We currently ship to the USA please ensure that you enter your FULL address in English including zip codes, city's, states to avoid any confusion.

We now ship to the EU but customers will be responsible for any customs/duties fees when your order arrives.
Your orders tracking number will be emailed to you, where you can track when your package left the UK and arrived in your destination.
Your order will require a signature, so be aware of your local post offices/depos in case you aren’t in at the time of delivery.

How much is shipping? 🤑

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, we use the Royal Mail postage service and you can track your order via the tracking code on your shipping confirmation email.

When will my order arrive? ⏰

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your pre-order to arrive from the end of our pre-order sale period. We will keep you updated all along the production journey.
UK orders will arrive within 2-3 working days from the dispatch date.
International orders will typically arrive within 10-15 working days from your dispatch date.
Please bare in mind that we are a teeny tiny small business, we aim to get your orders out in a timely manner, and want to send you your goodies as bad as you want to receive them! 😍

I think my mail is lost - I haven't received my delivery yet? 🕵🏼‍♀️

So sorry to hear this, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. Once it leaves the post office it is in the hands of the courier, if you have not yet received your items we recommend you contact us for further information on how to make a claim.

How can I prevent my pillowcase from staining? 🚫

Please sleep on your pillowcase with dry curls (not infused in greases or oils) this will prevent interaction with the pillowcases dye.
If you encounter a stain wash your pillowcase straight away.

How often should I wash my satin items? ⏱

We recommend that you sleep on one side of your pillowcase one night and swap to the other side the next night. You can then do this for another two nights and wash.
Our founder owns 2 pillowcases and alternates them, only sleeping on one side of the pillowcase at a time for healthy skin and hair.

How do I wash my satin items? 🧼

Place in the washing machine separately, on a low heat silk wash setting and hang to air dry.
Alternatively, you can hand wash in a sink/basin with cool water with a silk wash product or sulphate shampoo, please see a wash tutorial here.

Italian polyester stretch satin (with a soft silky feel), sourced personally by our founder after years of testing satin, we believe we have the BEST satin fabric available on the market 😉

Can I return/exchange my items? 📦

We offer refunds on unused faulty/damaged items. Please check your item and contact us at info@osocurly.com as soon as possible if you find any faults.
